Videoconferencing Based Training

Nearly all Conferencing Academy Training programs are available over video. Training is conducted via point-to-point video conference using identical manufacturer’s equipment. We do not conduct any of our training programs using competitive equipment. We guarantee training will be conducted using the same manufacturer’s equipment, from the same product line, using identical systems whenever possible.

On-Site Training

All Dr. Know Systems Conferencing Academy Training programs are available for on-site delivery. Dr. Know Systems will provide a qualified trainer to deliver the course at your location. We currently provide on-site services for any location in North America. The client is responsible for providing a suitable classroom environment and appropriate equipment

All of our training solutions begin with a consultative conference with your team to understand your specific environment and business objectives.  All of our solutions end with a survey to measure the quality of training experience.

Whenever possible, our certified trainers are specifically aligned to the same level of the client student.  For example, our CEO conducts the C-Level Training we provide.  An experienced human resources professional trainer conducts our Conferencing for Human Resources program.
